Keri joined Team Rea in early 2025, bringing with her a rock-solid background in administration, along with valuable experience across the banking, real estate, and legal sectors. With a sharp eye for detail, a calm presence under pressure, and a genuine love for getting things done right, Keri hit the ground running from day one.
In her role as Client Care & Contracts Coordinator, Keri is the steady hand guiding our transactions behind the scenes — making sure every 'i' is dotted, every 't' is crossed, and that our clients feel supported every step of the way. Whether it's coordinating documentation, managing deadlines, or answering client questions with a smile, Keri is all about creating a smooth, stress-free experience for buyers, sellers, and the team alike.
Known for her quiet confidence, friendly nature, and professional approach, Keri has already become an integral part of the Team Rea family. She’s passionate about making processes seamless and communication clear — and she’s just getting started.
When she’s not keeping everything ticking along in the office, you’ll likely find her enjoying a good coffee, spending time with family, or bringing calm to the chaos (a true superpower in real estate!).

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Jess Rea is the organisational heart of Team Rea, serving as our dedicated Office Administrator since day one. With a sharp eye for detail and a calm, can-do attitude, Jess ensures the day-to-day operations of the team run smoothly and efficiently — from managing admin and logistics to keeping everything (and everyone) on track.
Known affectionately as our Chief Gift Wrapper, Jess brings warmth and thoughtfulness to every client interaction, often adding those extra special touches that make the Team Rea experience truly memorable.
Balancing her roles at both work and home, Jess also holds the unofficial title of “Michael’s Manager” — keeping him in check, organised, and where he needs to be (most of the time!).
With her quiet efficiency, thoughtful presence, and behind-the-scenes magic, Jess plays a vital role in making everything at Team Rea work seamlessly.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Born and bred in Blenheim, Chris has strong local roots and a genuine connection to the Marlborough community. Coming from a large family, he understands the importance of trust, relationships, and being present for people when it matters most.
Chris began his career in the automotive industry, completing his apprenticeship as an automotive refinisher and becoming fully qualified. He then went on to work at Motorworld for 16 years, starting as a painter and later moving into the parts department. During this time, he developed strong attention to detail, product knowledge, and a solid work ethic that continues to underpin his approach today.
In 2015, Chris moved into vehicle sales, where he quickly found his passion for working with people and achieving results. Through dedication and performance, he worked his way up to Sales Manager, building a reputation for reliability, strong communication, and a high level of customer service.
Chris works alongside Michael Rea, creating a reliable, efficent and incredibly dynamic team. Both Chris and Michael have a strong background in sales, a passion to grow and develop and pride themselves on attentive client care.
Outside of work, Chris is a proud husband and father of three. He and his wife like to escape to Rarotonga when they can, and as a family they enjoy getting away in the caravan and making the most of their time together outdoors. Chris also enjoys getting out on his bike around the Wither Hills and following sport, especially golf, the NBA, and Formula 1.

Anton, originally from France, moved to New Zealand with his family in 2016 and proudly calls himself a Kiwi. This unique mix of French heritage and Kiwi influence has shaped his outlook, helping him to connect with people from a variety of cultures and backgrounds.
Starting his real estate journey in 2023, Anton has quickly gained valuable knowledge and experience in the industry. His enthusiasm and commitment were clear, and in 2024, he became part of Team Rea. Anton’s focus within the team is to match our motivated buyers with the ideal properties.

Ruth Thompson joined Team Rea in 2020 and has been the creative force behind the team’s strong online presence ever since. As our Social Media Manager, Ruth is responsible for capturing, curating, and sharing the story of Team Rea through beautiful imagery, engaging video content, and strategic social media management.
From stunning property photos and cinematic walk-throughs to behind-the-scenes team moments and market updates, Ruth ensures every piece of content reflects the professionalism, personality, and passion of the Team Rea brand.
With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of what connects with audiences, Ruth not only creates eye-catching content but also manages the day-to-day operations of all Team Rea’s social media platforms – keeping our community informed, inspired, and engaged.
